available to you during the delivery of your event's requirements:
Bassel Annab, B.A., B.A.Sc
President and CEO
Over the past 12 years, Bassel has developed a stellar reputation for client service and satisfaction. This comes as a result of successful management of major marketing and event-planning programs for several Fortune 500 companies as well as high profile, international shows and conferences. These include companies such as IBM, Nortel and more recently, the World Youth Day conferences of 2002 and 2005.
His particular strength is revealed through the anticipation of client needs and designing strategies for addressing them--well in advance of the event. Bassel's effectiveness comes from developing a keen understanding of the client's needs, combined with a technical background that allows for planning and implementing solutions in a timely and efficient manner. This ability to foresee and respond to the dynamic nature of event/business management, and provide the technical integration required, has allowed Bassel to assist clients in successfully planning and managing both the event and the business environment that it generates. This powerful combination of talents provides clients with a smooth and complete transition from pre-event planning to on-site event management to post-event business management and reconciliation.

Judy Lichty, CMP
Account Manager
Judy has been involved in the Tourism/Hospitality/Event industry ever since
graduating from Niagara College in the early 80's. Upon graduating she spent
several years escorting bus tours throughout North America, which afforded her
the wonderful opportunity to travel through all of Canada and most of the United
States. Judy later worked at a Canadian Destination Management company that
organized tours in Canada for visiting European groups and then with a corporate
travel agent to manage their event and conference department. In this position,
she handled all aspects of corporate events from strategic planning to
logistical planning, including registration, flights, ground transportation,
hotel reservations, etc. The company also arranged travel packages to many of
the larger trade shows that take place in Germany.
In October of 2001, Judy became an independent meeting planner and did some
part-time selling for a resort in northern Ontario allowing her to spend more
time with her young daughter. Having used Exposoft's online solutions during her
stint as an independent planner, she was humbled by how empowering the
application was. Judy's years of experience as a planner enables her insight
into the needs and challenges that most meeting and conference coordinators face
offering them enlightenment through the usage of Exposoft Solutions.
