• Developers are assigned multiple projects, and the developer is responsible for tracking against budgets and deadlines.

• Intermediate to Senior level in ASP
• Intermediate to Senior level in ASP.NET (C#)
• Intermediate to Senior level in SQL Server (2000, asset if exposed to 2005, ability to create triggers, stored procedures)
• Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces.
• Ability to complete all phases of project cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
• Showing leadership and a high level of commitment in the development of innovative solutions
• Proven ability to learn quickly, multi-task and handle pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Proven ability to take personal ownership of an issue and get the job done
• Assets: Knowledge of Sharepoint, TFS, Javascript, Interface design, Graphic design, Networking skills, Microsoft certifications (MCDBA, MCSD etc)
